Covid-19 Update:

Due to COVID-19 we might experience processing or delivery delays. We will do our best to keep you in the loop and to ensure your order gets to you as quickly and safely as possible.


》 For orders delivered to an Australian address:

  • Free of charge where the order subtotal is $25 or greater
  • $8.50 where the product subtotal is less than $25

》 For orders delivered to an International address:

    • Shipping will be calculated on the country of origin and total product weight.

 Australian address via Standard Shipping, DU’IT will:

  • Use reasonable endeavours to deliver the order within ten working days (Monday – Friday,  excluding official public holidays) from the date the order was submitted by you;
  • For orders delivered to Western Australia and the Northern Territory: Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
  • For orders delivered Internationally: Please allow up to 15-25 working days for delivery.
  • Please note DU’IT Online is currently unable to support time slot delivery.


》 What if I need to change my order?

We are unable to make changes to orders once placed.  Orders are processed very quickly, so if you need to cancel your order please call our Customer Care team (02 8883 0011) immediately.  We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t cancel orders once they have shipped. See returns and exchanges for information about sending products you’ve ordered back to us.

Please contact Customer Care with your order number if you wish to track your order. You can find your order number on the “My orders” page of your account.
